Fortune 50 company dramatically improves organizational quality, recruitment, and training without costly reorganization

SITUATION
Client was experiencing unprecedented difficulty in recruiting and retaining talent in their high profile management-training program. Traditional approach pointed to an expensive reorganization.

INSIGHTS
Using information gathered with Resonance, our client was able to make substantial, measurable gains in workforce productivity and prevented unwanted departures of this high profile Management Training Program. The closer an organization can get to ideal (see bar chart below) the higher the performance of individuals resulting in a strong, functioning organization. This client's goal is 80% positive emotions. The right bar indicates they are currently at 61% positive emotions. Resonance has identified the key issues so that the client can close the 19% gap through new programs, policies and communications.

IMPLICATIONS
Managment now has a tool to measure progress towards organizational effectiveness goals. Client communicated findings to managers and employees and implemented policy and program changes to directly address negative issues. They implemented quarterly updates to track the impact of program and policy changes over time.

RESULTS
A costly reorganization was avoided, productivity increased and turnover was reduced. Managers now have a new tool that allows them to intervene before a seemingly small issue develops into a crisis.
