Fortune 10 pharmaceutical client launches new drug successfully using Resonance
SITUATION
Current pharmaceutical client received FDA approval for a "Priority
review" of a new drug that could potentially save thousands of lives a
year from a fatal immune disease. The client contracted G&G.- based
on powerful insights about doctors’ motivations from previous work.
INSIGHTS
The doctors shared several expected issues such as safety and efficacy
but also revealed emotions and motivations towards this potential new
treatment that were new and unexpected. Issues of insurance company
pressure and hospital management policies were disclosed as well as
emotional and motivational information that will help the client launch
the new drug effectively.
IMPLICATIONS
Client could now target doctors most likely to adopt the new treatment based on Motivational Segmentation. Sales could use the insights to draft qualifying questions and maximize sales efforts.
