Bill Mount (Director of Insights and Initiatives) likes to refer to himself as an "amateur marketing anthropologist":  someone with an abiding interest in understanding the psychological, cultural and biological forces that drive humans to make particular decisions about what they buy--then putting those forces to work for clients. His career encompasses 15 years in the advertising agency business: at D'Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles, where he created campaigns for Anheuser-Busch, AT&T and Red Lobster; at BBDO, where he was Creative Director on Taco Bell and Frito-Lay; and at Ogilvy & Mather, where he was Creative Director on Compaq Computer and Shell Oil. In 1994, Bill co-founded Brain Surgery, LLC, an Atlanta-based marketing consultancy and, shortly thereafter, was introduced to Steve Gang and Resonance Research Technology by a mutual client.  In 2000, he joined Gang & Gang.  As Director of Insights and Initiatives, Bill helps apply Resonance insights to clients' specific brand architecture, marketing and communication needs. Bill is a former rock and roll drummer (his band Itchy Nickel played warm-up for Chicago in 1976) and a nascent science fiction author.
